Returns

We accept returns under our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within the 30 day period. Please refer to our Contact Information page to get in touch with us. We may require proof of purchase, and returned items must be in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment within 7 days. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping

Returns are accepted by post. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, including the return label. A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be deducted from the refund.
